After full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. However, stock images, fonts, plugins, or third-party assets remain the property of their original creators and may require valid licenses for use.

9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Some services rely on tools such as hosting providers, Google Ads, social media platforms, or plugins.
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party changes, downtime, API updates, or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Axione Solutions LLC is not liable for any loss of revenue, profits, data, or damages resulting from:

• Third-party service issues
• Hosting downtime or security breaches
• Search engine ranking changes
• Client delays or incomplete information

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

We maintain confidentiality of all client information and will not share details with third parties except when required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

12. Termination of Services

We may terminate services if payments are not made, communication becomes unprofessional, or Terms are violated.
Clients may cancel services at any time but acknowledge that payments made are non-refundable.
